Refurbishment and Extension to Existing Penwortham House
Penwortham House dates back to 1890s and is built in the Georgian architectural style. Although it ages well, some elements of the building are in need of a sympathetic restoration and upgrade. David Cox Architects and the client established a mutual agreement that the new extension should respect and complement the character of the existing architecture at an the early workstage.
By having DCA onboard, we had a vision and aims for the project which does give a confidence in the project moving forward.
