Planning application submitted to replace an unloved structure, empty for years, offering no realistic future.
Our proposal replaces it with 31 high-quality apartments, with the massing and appearance carefully designed to respect the conservation area and the nearby listed building.
This high-density, context-led scheme will transform the street scene, strengthen the sense of place, and provide a vastly improved setting for the area’s heritage assets. Refurbishment was neither economically viable nor desirable for residents, with internal layouts that couldn’t meet modern needs.
