New Build – Residential Apartment

The Bank House is a three-storey luxury apartment building comprises 13 units of one and two bedroom apartments. The site is adjacent to the former Grade II listed Natwest Bank on Wilmslow Road. David Cox Architects was appointed to carry out associated works at construction stage. We worked closely with the main contractor and client in order to realise the client’s vision for a high quality apartment in the heart of Withington. The building was constructed using Fusion Build, an innovative modern prefabricated construction system, that significantly reduced build time whilst delivering a high performance, sustainable building.
