Plans have now been approved with Preston City Council to sensitively convert the upper floors of the Grade II-listed Miller Arcade into 46 new apartments.
Opened in 1899 as Preston’s first indoor shopping destination, Miller Arcade has long played an important role in the city’s story. Our proposals will allow the building to play a full part in Preston’s next chapter-bringing new life to the upper floors while preserving the character that makes it so special.
It’s a privilege to help shape a future for such a significant landmark-respecting its heritage while ensuring it continues to contribute to the vitality of the city centre.
We’re delighted to be working alongside Cassidy + Ashton and Leclardo Consulting, on behalf of Icon Heritage, on exciting proposals for one of Preston’s most important historic buildings.
