The proposed development seek not only to maximise the site potential by responding to market demand, but also to save a derelict site from becoming a facilitator of antisocial activities.

The brief includes the provision of 13 one-person, one-bedroom flats to accommodate people needing supported living for a variety of reasons. The apartment building comes equipped with a resident-only communal lounge, a bedroom to provide overnight accommodation for care workers, an outside recreational garden area and parking arrangement for residents and carers.
